herpes symptoms or going crazy ?

Before over two months i had sex with a girl( condom broke ) . After 2 days i got burning in my penis had( it comes and goes ) After 6 day i went to my doctor and she looked at my penis and told me everthing is ok and gave my some pills for ch,gnn, and valtrex!! and clortimazole cream.The same day the burning stoped and i used the antibiotics for 7 days, after two days of using antibiotics i got poking in my left side of stomach my left rib was like hurdin, got back pain, kidney pain, like my whole body was itchy like somethong bites me and stops.My left eye was twiching eas like waterish the both eyes i all left side of the body feells weird, my musscle in left hand was twiching like crazy i drunk apple coder vinegar and it stoped. I was looking i find out i got candida from the antibiotics. I was on diet lose a lot of weight from killing candida. After two months i got pain in my left leg and sometimes it goes to the right one to, joint pain that comes and goes.The problem is im going crazy craying i thing i have now mental problema with this. the girl was testet 5 days before we had sex for ch, gon, hiv, syp, everthing negative .... am i going crazy or whats wrong with me.... is this going crazy anxiethy ? or something else..p.s. i got the vacc for hepatitis B when i was a kid... and the girl she's telling me she never had herpes or anything... what to do ??

she gave me her test results and the voicemail from the doctor... and showed me everrhing only she never was tested for herpes. and am married i never had anprher sexual partner then my wofe and i meet this girl had sex with her and that's it.... i don't sleep with my wofe for 2 months scared to give her something ...
The clinic is not going to give you her test results. Since your sexually active it would be advise to have a herpes test. This would confirm any issues your having and also protect any new partners.
really i don't have any outbreaks or what.. the girl with who i was she showed me everrhing and told me she never had aomething like herpes ... but the problem is after yesterday the weird felling in lefs that comes and goes now like i fell that in the penis to.... i used lotrimin for fungus and i send my penis pictures to some online experts everyone says it looks good but i don't feell good and honestly what to you think is someone so crazy to lay about teat results ? and i was calling the clinic and they had her on file
i woould never do that bit the doctor gave me and i took it because i don't know nothong about that.... but she destroyed my stomach with that
Hi, if you want to confirm your herpes status then you need to test. Does any of your symptoms suggest a herpes outbreak? No they do not. You should not take valtrex if you dont have herpes
