Is herpes only spread through sex?? Can you get it by scratching an eyelid????
I have also started feeling a burning sensation and slight itching around my testicles and anus. I can't figure out what's going on what are the chances it is herpes without visual symptoms ?
Could it be over masturbation? Is 6 times a week too much?
I'd start with your regular doctor, not an urologist. This is not a "plumbing" problem. many things can cause these sorts of pain and your regular provider is the best place to start.
There is no itching but the shooting pains in the legs thighs buttocks and lower back pain are frequent. The red dot appears redder but it is smooth and even with my skin. The testicle is no longer swollen but the pain still shoots. Any explanations? I'm going to see. A urologist later this week but am very nervous it is herpes and I have it but without visual symptoms
herpes will not disappear in a day when you have symptoms.
I also have to contradict what coffeeortea said - herpes lesions typically appear within 2-20 days after being infected. the average time they appear is about 5-6 days after sex. It's not if you don't have symptoms by then, stop worrying.
herpes sores appear 5-7 days after sex, if it's been two weeks, most medical experts will tell you to stop worrying about herpes.
I also saw one red dot on my inner thigh and one in the pelvic are by my pubic hair but the one on my leg was gone the next morning. Also how long after sex does it take for blisters or sores to appear because it has been a month.

my concern is the sharp buttocks pains and pain in the lower back along with the timing of it all. I also read that sores and blisters may never appear
Those are not symptoms exclusive to Herpes and a swollen testicle is definitely not a Herpes symptom. If you're looking for specific Herpes symptoms related to your sexual encounter, you would have seen and felt sores, blisters, lesions, and scabs within a week or two.
going to be seen is the best course of action. Just pain and no obvious lesions can be many things.
