herpes?

Dear Doctor:
I had before 3 years unsafe sex and since that day i have frequently (2-3 times) yearly pain in the pubic area with swelling vesicular sometimes with lympho pain, i made 2 hiv tests and the results came negative.this swelling vesicular is not spreading and it comes only in the same place, do i have herpes or chacroid?
Please help me iam getting married soon

this could be any number of things going on. It really sounds like it's just irritation but odds are you've never been tested for herpes before so why not get a type specific herpes igg blood test just to rule it out?

Grace:Thanx for reply, it will always start with painful skin vessel in my pubic area then it will go within week but most of the time it comes when i do sex many times in one day with my girl friend or when i use hair removal cream in my pubic area, please help me iam totally scared, u know i don't want to ruin my girl friend life because a stupid thing i did before.

are you saying that a few times a year you get a blood vessel that gets painful and swollen or did you mean to say it was your testicle that has pain?
