how do u eliminate herpes pains?
how do u eliminate herpe pains? This is my first outbreak...I am devistated..especially since I have been sooo careful of preventing getting them (because they were my biggest fear) and now I am facing my biggest fear...and it fricken hurts and was wondering if anyone knows of ways to eliminate the pain? Thank u
It would be helpful if you could just add to your previous Post rather than start a new one your question will be picked up there just the same :)
Taking an everyday painkiller will relieve some of the pain but you could also try pouring warm water over the lesions as you urinate to dilute it and help relieve the stinging. placing a used tea bag on the lesions also helps relieve the discomfort.
If this is your first outbreak I'm sure things will get easier a primary outbreak is generally the worst you will experience.
