hsv 1 outbreak or yeast infection
Couple of days ago I took a shower and washed my vagina with soap and accidently left some soap scum in. Next day had tons of white discharge and itchiness. Thinking I had a yeast infection I bought and inserted monistat 7 and it burned had to wash it out. Next day itchiness is not to bad. But feels awkward to urinate and still have white discharge qith a slightly puffed lymph node in groin. Confused about whether this is a yeast infection or an outbreak? Can an outbreak cause a discharge? Lymph node puffy but no visible sores
I don't have any sores around my eye at all. Just the normal sleep crud u get cleaned it off. Just still puffy. No blurred vision. Had eye exam six minths ago and doc found nothing wrong. I do have allergies too. Rubbed eye last night due to itching with makeup still on. So I think its just irritation from that hopefully. Just nervous wreck. Thought I was past that since my diagnosis but still have some anxiety now and then.
Woke up this morning with stuff in corner of eye and eye lid swollen. Is it possible that its herpes in my eye? Last night had itching and rubbed it this morning puffy.
you need to be seen again for more testing if you still have discharge and itching.
I had been tested two weeks ago for other std's and everything came back negative. Will go to doc. I don't feel the lymph node to much now. But still have discharge and itchiness
many things can cause swollen lymph nodes, not just herpes and std's. as I said, see your provider at this point for basic testing.
soap can be very irritating for us gals down yonder. your symptoms don't really sound like your genital hsv1 infection reoccurring but I'm sure you aren't having sex right now anyways due to feeling so icky down yonder.
at this point, you need to be seen and get some basic urine testing done since you are still having discomfort with urination and also if you still have discharge, they should do basic testing for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally too.
