hsv 1 positive

hi,

i got my hsv1igm it is 4.06 (positive) i dont know about hsv ......please help what i can do, please i dont know,

othere hsv 2 igm 0.04( negetive) what it means,

please helpe my marrige next month,  i should  go for marrige or not ? it is big desease or not?

what type medication for hvs 1 positive

You don't need medication.


Oral hsv1 is incredibly common.  Your hsv1 infection is almost certainly oral even though you can't recall any cold sores ever.

You've never had any genital symptoms. No reason not to assume that your hsv1 isn't oral.  Most adults do have hsv1 orally whether they get obvious cold sores or not.

HSV TYPYE IGM- POSITIVE,
HSV TYPE 2 IGM- NEGETIVE,

HSV TYPE 1 IGG 4.06 (POSITIVE),

HSV TYPE 2 IGG 0.04(NEGETIVE)

The vast majority of adults in both countries you've lived in have hsv1 orally. It's certainly not a reason to not marry someone and chances are good that your fiancee also has hsv1 orally herself - picked it up from caregivers in childhood.

You have a lot of concerns about this and a lot of anxiety. You need to talk to someone face to face about this and deal with it. I'm not sure we can help you any more on this forum to be honest.
