there aren't any foods or vitamins that will help with herpes.
all 3 herpes antivirals work about the same. If you don't mind taking a pill twice a day, acyclovir is your cheapest option for suppressive therapy whether you have insurance or not. If you have insurance that makes valtrex very affordable, the once a day convenience is nice.
Sorry I forgot to ask, is there a drug that you think works better in preventing out breaks and shedding or are they all the same?
Last week when I found out I felt very low and alone. I have just started a new relationship 3 months ago and I felt shame in having to tell him. We sat down and talked about it, and I have to say after our conversation my whole outlook changed. He is still accepting of me and he will be tested soon as he has never had a test done. This website and the many posts that I have read give me hope that my life will not have to change. I really want to thank you, not for only responding to my post, but for giving your knowledge on this. I do have a question as far as vitamins that may reduce the risk of shedding. Are there any that you might suggest? Or is a daily suspressant enough? Thanks again!
usually results of 5 aren't false positives. if you need the peace of mind you can seek out a herpes wb blood test to confirm your status.
have you read the free herpes handbook by Terri Warren yet that we recommend ?
keep asking questions :)
