im freakin out

hi i am a 21 year old male, now ive have these to tiny skin colored bumps on the top of my lip for about a month now i check them everyday to see if there turning into blisters or gettin bigger but at most maybe they got a little tiny tiny bit bigger but not like a blister or cold sore or anything, now about 2 days ago i noticed another tiny kinda painful very similer but white bump on the side of my tougue, it hasnt blister or got any bigger tho jus hurts abit, but the other night i was grindin my teeth like crazy and was rubbing my tongue against them alot i think. i am sexually active but ive never noticed any bumps blister cold sores or anything on my partner, i also have discomfort in my penis too like a stinging in the tip on like an itchy feelin but never any blister or bumps down there, ive been tested for hiv gona and cly all neg and my doc tells me thats its not herpes and to stop worring a about it but i cant.  so i guess my question is can this be herpes or could it be something else, would the bumps on my lip have turned in blisters yet if it was or could the jus stay the same size for over a month and what could the very simialiar bump on my tongue be. plz write back someone im freakin out i need help thank you in advance

you were seen and told that they weren't herpes.

your description of them doesn't sound at all like herpes.

if you are concerned about your herpes status, get a herpes igg blood test. if you have a regular partner, they too should be tested so you both know who has what.
