is this herpes or nah?

Ok so on 7/22/14 i was diagnosed with trichomonaisis and POSSIBLY gonorrhea. I was treated for both that day.i had feelings of guilt, shame, hurt, never wanting to have sex again. For about 2 to 3 wks previous to the above date, I had dull cramping in my abdomen everyday..I thought it was gas but as I read about stds I realized maybe I have PID. Went to the ER bc of the continual cramps and now bleeding on 7/24/14. I was close to my period starting but I was still nervous as I kno bleeding is a result of PID. The doc said it was PID and prescribed doxycycline for 10 days.

The bleeding was in fact my period. As a result of taking it, I got a 'yeast rash" (I didnt know that was possible until then). It went away after I finished the antibiotics. About 3-4 days later I felt a small desire to have sex so I masturbated. Although I thought I may have irritated my skin because days a couple days later I noticed 2 light spots on either side of my clitoral hood.Possibly a blister. It got bigger over a few days and a small bump appeared over one of them. Went to a nurse practitioner and from only looking at it, she said it was herpes though she said it was probably dried up. She was veryyyyy nonchalant about the whole thing like its ok to have genital herpes. I insisted she do a swab anyway. She wrote a script for 5 days of acyclovir and something for a yeast infection and things were better.

Then about 3 days later I noticed a few little bumps on the right side of the roof of my mouth. Again, went to the doc, she said it didnt look like herpes but probably an allergic reaction and to go to the doc if i have a get a fever or flu like.Fine. she did a pelvic exam and said everything was fine..Whatever was there said she was gone. This was 8/28/14. Two days later the bumps or rash was gone. I never felt any pain or itching at all.... Fast forward to today, 9/15/14, another white looking possible blister thing on the hood of my clitoris, just one....Now, thru aaaaaaaalllllllll of this, there was minimal if any itching (besides the trich..that REALLY ITCHED), NO BURNING when urinating or otherwise, NO PAIN, NO FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS, NO FEVER SYMPTOMS, NO REDNESS, NOTHING CRUSTED OVER or ANYTHINGGGG!!! Im soooooo confused. I kno this was a lot..my question is does this sound like herpes?? without the major symptoms of the FIRST outbreak???? I've taken plenty of pictures and it looks NOOOOOTHING like what I've seen on Google....Please help.....

this doesn't sound like it's herpes going on. I'd stop taking the acyclovir at this point and be seen every time you have symptoms.   Pain in the butt I know and it adds up moneywise but it's the best you can do at this point.

And also, are herpes blisters clear fluid filled or white fluid filled? My situation is white and only on the skin of the clitoral hood. Nowhere else. It seems to start a few days after my cycle ends. Thanks Grace

Thanks for replying. I'm just seeing this but after all of this, no I don't have a regular partner. I'm afraid to have sex bc i don't want to spread anything to him-if this is in fact herpes. Unfortunately I'm not insured so I don't have a primary care doctor to go get the igg blood test. I wish I could so I will know for certain. I am going to the clinic again tomorrow to get results from the second swab. Since I posted this, it seemed like the one turned into a few but much smaller. Still no other symptoms of pain, flu or itching. I did notice a lil discharge. One day it was thick and a lil yellow. I took another round of the acyclovir 3x a day for 5 days, but I didn't take the pills at scheduled times and I still had one left over so I don't think it worked this go round...ughhh this is so frustrating..thanks for your advice

do you have a regular partner? if so, have you both had full std testing done that included herpes igg blood testing?

A visual diagnosis of herpes is inaccurate and not recommended.  At this point I'd follow up with a type specific herpes igg blood test at least 3 months after you last had sex.

I'd also go and be seen this week and get retested for yeast and bacterial  infections vaginally. Your bump on your clitoris doesn't really sound like herpes so best to make sure that you don't have vaginitis again. Many people who have a vaginal infection, don't get odor or excess discharge to know that something has overgrown down yonder.
