i have noticed couple little white dots around my scrotum and 1 on my penis i had oral sex with sum1 i had no clue who she was n it was unprotected and i have not yet went to go get checked wut do u think it could be please i need help

thank u very much for replying and caring... however i never had these dots there ever before and i keep studying this and i nave noticed that they are similiar bumps to whats called cysts ? wut could this be thank u for ur time grace hope to hear from you soon
also they are not even itchy or red or flakey there just white dots and they keep increasing ?

the best thing to do is to go and be seen and get these properly looked at. they don't sound like herpes.
