yesterday i ahd by biopsy results back adn doctor said that its benign squamous pailloma.i nedd to know wether a pathology report will indicate if i have hpv. iam terriefied doctor told me i dont have any hpv. but in the report it diesnt mention anything. iam litreally afraid. please help

Perhaps your provider was trying not to scare you into thinking you had cancer ?  Have you googled it yet to read more about it?

At this point you need to follow up on the herpes testing you had done. also your partner should be tested too. Do you know if you have hsv1 or hsv2?

benign squamous papilloma  is hpv .  Your hpv infection is totally separate from your hsv infection as we discussed in your first post you made here.

three years back i had an open sore and went to my gyn. she sent for biposy and said i was positive for herpes. but i was in sort of denial beacuse i know iam in a monogamous realtionship and i believe in my husband completely. and she gave me medications i think acyclovir for one week. then from that time i never had any outbreak until recently 2 months back i had a small  single polyp. i went to gyn and i also done my pap smear at the same time. adn i asked her about the polyp. she said its nothing and she squeezed it so hard with tweezers. i was so angry as how can she do that? okie then from that time onwards i see few more of such finger like projections. there was no itching, pain,then again i went to another gyn. she removed one of the polyp with acid and also sent t for biopsy. now my results have come back. from the day doctor applied acid and removed i find burning sensation during urination and i also have stomachache.when i told her she said it may be IBS a.nd didnt even checked. okie when i got my biopsy patholoy report back i was told as benign squamous papilloma. she said nothing to worry. and that there is no hpv or any sti. she said it may be due to harmonal imbalances esp estrogen and its common during pregnancy. and as we are planning to have a baby she said it happens sometimes. and she said it needs no treatment


what i want to know is does a pathology report tell if i have hpv or herpes? and iam in total denial of me getting herpes so is there any chance that the test done three years ago can be false positive? and iam not on any medications for herpes from that time except that one week at start.so will it effect my health. is that the reason iam having stomach ache. i dont understand. so if i get pregnant do i have to tell my ob/gyn about it or is it fine if i dnt have to tell. i need all of your opinions. or should i be going agian and checking for evrything. please help me out here
