Help me please!

So, I have these bumps down near the opening of my vagina. They hurt when I touch them, that's the only time they hurt, and I've had them for a little over 8 months. Also touching my vagina opening is uncomfortable. Well I went to my family doctor and she did a pap smear. She told me that it didnt look like a STD but we couldn't be sure until we got the blood test back. Well I thought it sounded a lot like herpes. I got the results back and everything came back negative, but my urine did have some growth in it, and I was told all I had was an UTI. I was never told what these bumps were. So I took some prescription they had called in for me and the smell and burning during urination went away for a while, but after the medicine was gone, it seems my UTI has come back, and worse now. It is really burning during urination now and my urine is cloudy. I'm just not sure what to make of all of this. Does anyone have any help or suggestions for me? Thanks

The fact the bumps have been there for 8 months really goes against a diagnosis of herpes.  Discharge and pain during urination sound more like Chlamydia or Ghonnerhea.  It sounds as though your doctor  did a full battery of test though.  You may want to ask your doctor exactly what STDs you were tested for to rule any thing out.  Symptoms could also be attributed to something else but your doctor would really be the best resource for that.
