permanent lump /bump on my lip

Hi ,I get cold sore outbreaks from now and then .i got one a couple of years ago and after it  I was left with a permanent small solid lump /bump on my upper lip recently I noticed another one on my lower lip ,i am starting to get worried i am going to the doctor in two weeks but i am just curious on what it might be and how could i get rid of it

I am sorry that wouldnt present itself as a hard bump

This is not herpes. Herpes doesnt leave scars on its own if it didnt cause secondary bacterial infection or major trauma to the sore happened but that would present as hard bump. You can get ut checked by your dermatologist but really this doesnt sound like. Problem. You doctor will provide you with removal/treatment options.
