Redness and small spots on penis

So around 2-3 weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a girl who claimed she had been tested and was clean of any STI's. We did our thing and I was fine.

However over this past week and especially last night I received oral sex from a different girl.

Now this morning I was showering and realised I had some redness on the side of my penis and on further inspection a few tiny spots around the area which gives me a sort of tingling feeling.

Is this a sign of an STD or could it be from the oral sex I received last night since I sometimes feel her teeth poke against my penis head?

I'm really scared since today is Saturday and my GP and local sexual health clinics are all closed till Monday.

On top of that i'm seeing the same girl tonight and she wants to have sex.

Should I just wear a condom on and go through with it?

Sorry for the long post but I'm really panicking.

I got checked out and turns out it was thrush so the doc gave me some cream to use and in 7 days most if not all has disappeared.

Thanks

You can get genital HSV1 from someone with no active sores on their mouth. That's how I thought I was infected.

She had no sores but I contracted something as I had disturbing symptoms for months. All my tests have been negative though.

My encounter also tested positive for HSV1. It's possible. Small bumps and tingling sensations lead strongly to herpes, but it could also mean other things.

I had your exact symptoms but tested negative 6 months out. It could be something unrelated. I would test for herpes after 12 weeks from last sexual exposure. If the girl you are seeing wants to have sex and you have those bumps, I would avoid it. You don't know what it is, why risk spreading it, even if that girl possibly gave something to you. Stay clear until tested.

Can be a reaction to the Teeth it happen to me too.  But nothing happened after days later.   That before I was infected.  If you are infected and she has HSV1 outbreak in the lips you can get HSV, and the reaction will be like 7 days from that.  Find any excuse and stay away from sex activity if you are not sure.  Wait a week , if nothing develop you can continue having sex but with protection.
