Pain on penis

Hi, I'm a 19 year old male, I've been having this inconsistent pain on the right side of my penis head, the pain kind of goes down to my right testicle and right leg. The pain comes and goes. I've noticed that i have a very small darker spot on the side that I have the pain, its barely noticeable though so I don't know if that has to do with the pain. I took two herpes tests, which was I think herpes 1 and herpes 2 or something of that sort, the results came back negative. The tests were taken about 2 months and a half after having unprotected sex. I also took chlamedya, ghonorrea and HIV test and they all came negative as well. I'm a bit scared of what may be the cause of my pain. Please help !
Thank you.

Thank you for answering Grace. I really hope it's not herpes, but no they haven't checked me for prostate. I didn't think i would need to do that at my age.  I'm going to wait a few more days, if the pain persists i'm definitely going to make a doctor's appt.

these don't sound like herpes symptoms going on.

at this point, continue to follow up regularly with your provider for your symptoms to try to get to the bottom of it all.   have they manually checked your prostate at all yet?
