please help very worried. not sure what to do maybe herpes

I need some help.  Last Saturday 2/5 I went out with a friend and we ended up having sex.  We did use a condom.  On Wednesday 2/9 we got back together and once again had sex. this time it was rougher and I got a vaginal tear.  Another tear happened in the parianal area i guess you would call it where i have a very deep stretch mark.  now on Saturday 2/12 I noticed the vaginal tear had become swollen and the other tear had these ulcer looking things with like a yellowish pus in them.  Everything that I read online just scares me because they say herpes.  I did not and still dont have itchiness, painful sores, tingling, red dots or any of that.  Just the ulcers that scare me.  I have been putting neosporin on the area and it seems to be getting better.  Could it be a bad bacterial infection?

Your symptoms are very concerning to me indeed.  You need to go in and be seen by a health care provider.  These symptoms could be bacterial or herpetic, but you won't know until a swab test is done.  If someone suggests that you might have herpes, please ask for a herpes PCR or culture, preferrably PCR, and also an IgG herpes antibody test for HSV 1 and 2.  It is important to get BOTH tests, not just one.  When you get the results back, if you need help with interpretation, please let me know and I will help you.
