possible herpes? something else?

Hi Doctor, just a little scared right now, posted on other forums but hopefully this will be my last post. Heres a timeline
07/01 - Recieved unprotected oral sex with woman I met that night. Claimed she was clean, and still does.
07/3-4 - Started having burning sensation when urinating
07/06 - Noticed small amount of light yellow discharge in underwear one morning, started worrying a ton and becoming guilt ridden
07/08-Went to a clinic for gonnorrhea/chlamydia testing. Nurse did a physical examination of my body, did not notice anything out of the ordinary other than discharge, gave me antibiotics for gon and chlamyida
07/09-11-Symptoms start dissipating. No longer have burning urinating, no longer have discharge that I can tell. Did have loose bowels, which started what I initially thought was anal itch on the 16th
07/12-Anal itch still lingering after 4 days, not as bad as initially, but still worries me. Start reading about herpes and become extremely worried and guilt ridden again
07/13-Notice single small red bumps (probably about a millimeter in size) on left and right butt cheeks at night. Were not there that morning. Painless unless I mess with them too much, but sparks more worries about herpes. I do not notice any kind of other symptoms along with the bumps and anal itch
07/14-The bump on one butt cheek goes down, and is now just a red dot that I cannot feel, just see. Woke up with sore neck muscles, a sore muscle spot right underneath the edge of my hip bone on the outside of my left leg, sore muscles on middle right side of back. Also feel a lump in my throat that hinders my appetite and slightly triggers my gag reflex to make me feel like throwing up. No nausea though. Read about yeast infections and may possibly have one around my anus (constant moisture/smelled like beer)
Today-neck no longer sore, but leg still is. Bump is still there, anal itch/yeast infection there
Could this be herpes? Are symptoms usually intermittent or show up all at one time?

If you want to know if a particular bump is herpes, you should have it swab tested by a professional.

The bump is now purple. Probably since I pinched the hell out of it trying to pop it but I don't know. Still doesn't really hurt though

Also, would herpes symptoms show up intermittent and come and go during an outbreak or just all show up at one time and stay the duration? I ended up noticing a small bump, probably about a millimeter in size this morning on the bottom side of my penis shaft on the scar from where I got circumcised. Doesn't hurt either, seems like it's just a single bump also, not a cluster and I don't think it's a blister. What is an easy way to tell if something is a herpes like bump vs just a normal one?

Thank you for your input :) I really appreciate it, and it has help put my mind at ease. This is the first time that I had really done that, and I think it was just a combination of guilt and not knowing that made me worry and basically have one big long anxiety attack. Hearing this from a herpes expert definitly helped out, I'm now eating normally and once again feeling normal for the first time in a few days. Didn't know if you read my other comments on stuff I forgot to add in until later on, but would any of those change your opinion?

My opinion is that you had some kind of urethritis that has been successfully treated.  Your symptoms don't sound herpetic to me.  Having said that, there is no way to know if you have genital herpes for certain or not, except to have a type specific IgG HSV 1 and 2 antibody test.  YOu could get a baseline antibody test now, and repeat it in about 4 months for certainty.  Remember that about 80-90% of those who have genital herpes don't know it, so you could have been infected even prior to this encounter and didn't know it.  If you want to be  certain about your herpes status, this is what I would recommend.

As for your symptoms, again, they don't sound herpetic to me.  I would agree that with many antibiotics, you could certainly have a little fungal infection around the anus, especially in the summer.

You could try some over the counter antifungal cream and see if it helps - no harm there.

correction: the one i poked at looks like it has a rash surrounding it, not the one i found today

checked out the bump again today, looks like another one appeared a little more to the inside and lower than the one thats still there. cant really feel that one either, but both of those are surrounded by what looks like a red rash. Could be from irritation/poking at it, but not sure.

forgot to mention, theres also been a pain in my left testicle, off and on since I got tested lat week, and another sore muscle type pain right above my hip on the left side, so its pretty much on both sides of my hip there. the pain above my hip isnt as bad though. I pretty much have to lean or twist a cetain way in order to find it
