possible herpes/sti while traveling

Traveling in Thailand and then moving to Australia. I have what seems like a small out break of itchy heat spots/bite/blisters, down the side of my right leg (lower down than the the knee) and  felt week all of the next day, after being with a questional sexual partner. Are there places to get diagnosed in Thailand or should I wait until Aus. And any ideas if basic travel insurance would cover testing/medication? I understand that my symptoms are extremely far ranging and I won't be able to know until I get tested but just trying to get some piece of mind and helpful advise.

Hi, first time outbreaks would be at point of contact like you penis shaft or pubic mound area not your leg below the knee. Unless your knee made rubbing contact with her vagina or mouth.
