question

Ok. So, as I've posted before I had a protected encounter about 10 weeks ago. I've been checking myself religiously and conveniently got a case of folliculitus and eczema on my thighs and butt making my anxiety higher. However, I never saw any pimple like things on my shaft or genital mound.

As part of dealing with the eczema, my dermatologist made me take a daily bath in aveno oatmeal oil bath. I noticed just a bit ago a small bump with what looks like a white head on the top of my shaft where it connects to my body. It's the only one, but I worry its herpes. I understand it could just be from oily skin...just hoping for some insight.

Does herpes always come in groupings or is it possible for one bump to be herpes?

Also, I know this sounds ridiculous, but if it is herpes and I used my beard trimmer to clear the area around it to get a better view of the spot, could I spread it to another part of my body if I used it again a couple minutes later?
