How accurate is a hsv blood test after 2 weeks?

If you recieved a negative result after 2 weeks how confident can you be in those results?

spelling lessons aside children....a visual inspection by someone who saw your symptoms does count for a lot.  Who knows what you have going on. Only additional testing will tell if it's due to herpes or not.

If it wasn't for women like you, I wouldn't be in the situation I am in now. If you don't have anything constructive to add, don't post a response. Tell me, did I spell idiot; wrong?

How reliable is a doctors visual inspection? I went to a STD clinic and they looked at what I was complaining about and the first thing they told me was that it was not herpes, the doctors and nurses assured me that it wasn't herpes. I have never had any type of chaffing on my penis before so the whole experience is cause for concern. My penis came in contact with a woman's buttocks (I don't think I came in contact with her anus, I did not penetrate the fold of her buttocks, and I think she might have had a thong on. This girl really wasn't doing it for me so I ended up stimulating myself, it took a long time for me to climax so the chaffing could be a possibility I had a two black areas on the shaft of my penis, when I first saw them it looked like lint from my underware. Some of the area flaked off some of it did not. How soon does chaffing show up and does chaffing hurt?  Is it possible to have chaffing but no pain?

it's only accurate if it's +, if it's negative you have to repeat it 4 months post encounter.
