thanks ataglance. I've looked into it some. I've read that you can get it from sharing towels and dishes so why not cloths. but I'm no genius. come to think of it that's why I'm here lol.
the reason I'm so worried is because this girl told me herself she had it. she hand washed my dishes and being a paranoid type I got to thinking too much about it. these messages are truely helping me. many thanks. hope nobody thinks I'm a jerk for because of the topic title.
many thanks

yeah, lol. I'm a nut like that. as bad as it sounds actually I never do eat anywhere but home, and I don't even trust that to be honest. I didn't used to be so paranoid though. but I'll spare you of hearing my life story :) I have actually done some reading, but none seemed exactly to my case.
DidisMirage:
thanks, just curiouse. how many years of college have you taken?
You can't transmit herpes from handling dishes or breathing. You also can't get it from handshakes, hugs, driving in the same car, or sharing clothes. If that were the case, everyone would have it. Waring is right - you need to read up on how it's transmitted.
Errr.. herpes isn't transmitted in any way you've described.
Maybe you should put anxiety at the top of your list. Yeesh. Or refrain from eating out ever again because there are folks in the back of the restaurant that you can't see that could have .... herpes!!!!!
How come you haven't done any reading on how herpes is transmitted? You need a refresher course.
also, I seriousely hope this thread didn't offend anyone. I realize that it kinda sounds that way but I didn't intend for that.
I'm just really scared as I have many progressive things wrong with me. tmj, osteo arthritis throughout , degenerative disks, torus mandibularis, anxiety, the list goes on.
truely sorry is this was offensive
