Could this be herpes?

Okay im going to keep this short. I had an encounter with a girl a year ago. 6months after i got a negetive elisa test .10 ... last week was the one year mark and the 2nd test was again negetive .26 ... the next day i shared a sweaty virtual reality headset with a friend which covers the eyes and forehead. So some sweat was shared. A few days later i have a bad cold and runny nose. Anyway 2 days ago after shaving i got a red bump on the lower right side of my mouth so i was paranoid and thought herpes. Yesterday a small white head appeared on it and i burst it .. initially a tiny amount of clear liquid and blood came out and then stringy white pus .. also a small amount of hard white pus like u get from a whitehead. My concern is after a year and a clean bill of health and no sexual encounters or kissing .. could i have gotten herpes from sharing that sweaty headset ? Oh and after bursting this bump yesterday today its almost healed with a red scab. Like a pimple. Any response would be great thanks.

Good morning mate, i forgot to add that on the same evening i shared the headset with a friend, another friend may have taken a sip from my beer bottle. Im not trying to be mean, but this guy is very unhygienic and uses drugs. I cant be sure of how much of his saliva was left on the bottle. Any cause for concern on this ? Thank you kindly for ur earlier response. May u be blessed for helping people calm their worries.

You have nothing to worry about. The "pimple" is clearly not an hsv lesion. You absolutely positively did not get hsv from the headset.
