can you contract herpes proctits from receptive oral-anal

I am a 26 yr old female, nearly four months ago i had unprotected receptive oral both vaginally and anally. No penetration whatsoever.  I have had herpes for 14 years now.  I nearly two weeks after the encounter, I had a massive vaginal outbreak that lasted for two weeks, swolen lymph nodes and a big bump with 4 smaller bumps inside the vagina.  I honestly thought nothing of it being the fact I had it already, however after the pain went away, the outbreak bumps NEVER went away, they are still here, no pain though, but white odorless discharge.  This is where I'm.even more concerned is the fact that I an having a hard time digesting food, it just piles up in my stomach and difficult to pass.  Took an entire bottle (90 pills) and still having trouble with elimination.  In the rerun/anal area there is no pain at all, no bleeding no mucous or fissures.  So, is the vaginal area possibly syphilis? And is it a possibility I have herpes proctitis or syphylis proctitis, or is it a possibility it is sexually transmitted bowel issue?  I am currently out of town and will be scheduling a whole host of std screenings.  However, if
anyone has the ability to answer this question, it would be so humbly and gratefully appreciated.  Thank you

at this point, you need to be seen and get a proper exam. they also should test you for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally too.  typically when you have an extensive herpes reoccurrence like that, it's because of infection with something else in that area.

syphilis and herpes won't leave bumps for this long. only warts and molluscum linger that long.

when is the last time you had a bowel movement?
