freaking out.

I have had 3 red bumps on my groin area for the past 3 or 4 weeks, the bumps are actually on the penis, I have not had any sexual contact for about 3 or 4 months, they just look like a red bump almost like a bee sting or small rash, the bumps are not filled with any puss or fluids that i have noticed, they really just appeard out of no where and wont leave.

I have avodided going to see the doctor and was just wondering if this was anything serious.

I doubt very much it's anything serious but it's worth going to the Doctor to ask what he thinks may be causing this,it doesn't sound like Herpes to me,may be an allergy or a  bacterial infection thats needs a little anti-biotic help to fully clear it up .
