What i don't understand the culture being neg? Oh by the way i still can't find the free handbook. I wished i had the handbook talking to partner tonight. Pray for me.
i can not find the fre handbook and did not see it in the before posting. help!!!
Are speaking of the testes that i had done 2003 and 2011? What about the negative culture that was done on march 25,2013. No i haven't read it i am getting ready to getting it. Thank You so much!
it would've been picked up on in herpes igg blood testing when you had it done.
the risk of a false positive for a hsv2 igg that is over 5 is very low so we don't in general recommend confirmatory testing unless you just need the peace of mind of seeing a herpes Wb blood test done.
over 90% of folks who have hsv2, have no idea they have it until tested. Your partner will need to seek out testing to know his status too.
have you read the free handbook we recommend in our read before posting post on the forum?
Yes i Have a partner fot the last 5 years. No partner 2004-07. I was married before then to a drug addict for 2 1/2 years 2000-2003 and left him , when i found out was during anything.I have a wonderful man now since 2008. I do understand that the virus could have possible been dorimant also in me. I don't know if my ex has it or not.I told you that i never had any symptoms let me stress that i know of. My partner has never memtion that he was having any issues and its going to be hard for me when i tell him.
Not to my knowledge. Plus i just got my results this thursday past. I haven't seen him have talked i din't mention it over the phone. i feel it needs to be done in person. But i am going to. So did i understand my results correctly. So are you saying that i don't need to be retested?
if you were tested for herpes with igg blood testing 3 years ago and it came back negative then, you know it's most likely that you contracted hsv2 during the last 3 years. do you have a regular partner? if so, have they been tested for herpes to know their status yet?
