I'd stop putting anything topical on your genital area at this point.
Return to your provider if you are still having issues down yonder. Stick with the oral diflucan for this time incase it's a reaction to the medication. Also you shouldn't be making the decision to stop your antibiotics - that's up to your doctor. A partially treated infection can just lead to more issues in the long run.

I began taking Biaxin for bronchitis. Well, then I start some itching and burning which suggested to me a yeast infection. I took a Diflucan and inserted some miconazole that night. When I woke up, I founds some small bumps on the inside of my vagina kinda on the labia. I applied some more cream to the area and as the day went on, it felt as if my vagina was on fire. It was red and inflammed and a small red lump appeared. I went to my gyne the next day and he said everything looked normal and that I had a yeast infection. I also took some valtrex the first night because I was paranoid. I have cold sores. Been taking 2 gms of valtrex for the last 3.5 days. I also have been rubbing vagisil on the area and it still remains inflammed. I have decided to get off of the antibiotics since all of this began after I took them. Could the miconazole caused an allergic reaction or the yeast infection causing all of this. The lump is very painful when touched. What could this be? I've been tested for the igg hsv2 and was found to be negative, but I still worried. Even if it was hsv1, shouldn't the valtrex have stopped the pain by now? I do think I'm being paranoid due to my severe yeast infections.
it means it's negative.

Correction from the last post. It was <0.90
What do the numbers mean 0-<91? Mine was <90. It is negative but what does that really mean?
The 44.7 was a combined result. If you have a history of cold sores you can expect it to be + so it should've never been ordered in the first place.
totally disregard your igm results too - they are meaningless and also should've never been ordered either.
Your hsv2 igg was a clear negative and if it was 3 or 4 months after the encounter you don't need additional testing.
