understanding my result !

hi everybody..
in past 6 months i did many STDs test i dont have real symptoms it just i feel afraid to STDs after my
last exposure.. so i tested for HSV many times after 3 months and 4 months all was negative..
i decied to move on i just want to do one final HIV test after 6 months i didnt want to do HSV because i am sure i am NEGATIVE but the lab give
me special price for STDs  test so i said its fine to be extra sure :)
when i receive my result i found that i am
POSTIVE for HSV 1 igG
while my previous one was Neg (5.8 AU/ml) !!!!

result show :  (pos 11.3 AU/ml) !!!!!
rang is  11  postive
I feel really frustrated right now, can someone help me to understand it!!
after how long i should repeat it ??
