Herpes on my lower back/buttocks?

I had sex with a prostitute approximately 3 days ago.  Earlier today I noticed a small whitish bump on my upper left buttock/waist.  There is no redness, itching or pain.

The prostitute did, however, sit naked on my back while giving me a massage.

Does anyone have any ideas?  I'm going nuts with anxiety.

The chances of getting herpes this way would be phenomenal.  She has to have an outbreak and then vigorous rubbing into your buttocks.  Just sitting on top would not transmit herpes.

Not suprised the Doc said negative

A doc checked it out today and said it wasn't herpes at all.  I think I was going a little nuts with anxiety and I overreacted.  I haven't had any other symptoms so far, so hopefully I can start relaxing.

The contact was otherwise protected via condom so I think my chances are good.

Thanks for your reply!

Did you have unprotected sex ? ..... I think either way it would be best to get tested due to the spot that has appeared where she was sitting, because IF she was infected and sitting naked astride your back there would be a considerable amount of rubbing  movement that would cause a lot of skin to skin contact to your back ......
I'm not suggesting this is the cause of the spot it may not be connected in any way but to be sure you should have a test
