why my pimples from HSV1 on my cheek (face ) do not go away?

I consulted 2 dermatologists after getting grouped pimples on my cheek - on my face-.
The first said that it is Herpes - Type 1- where the other said is nothing to worry about. Doctor A suggested Zoviraz and applying after 2 days fucidin cream for a week and then fucicort for 1 week. Nothing happened as the pimples were still there – from red they just turned a little better but were still there-. Doctor B then asked me to take augmentin ( 10 days antibiotics) and apply canesten in the morning and fucidin at night. Now I am in the 4th month and nothing has been changed - i had minor changes on the shapes of the pimples as sometimes I apply fucidin or canesten …I even tried again zovirax for 4 days - but the actual pimples are all there. Please advise me if there is a specific blood test that I can take to identify what is exactly and then know what have so I can treat it properly.
My blood tests wetr : Anti HSV1: positive -83- and HSV1 negative: 0,1

yes it still acts the same even when it's on the facial area and not the lips.

Thank you!! No..I am not in US..
I am seriously thinking that this might not even be herpes.. I have checked all the websites and none of them mention whether the pimples from herpes remain or not – when we are referring to the face..and not  to the lips...
how sure we are that herpes pimples on the face have the same reaction with lip herpes? for example, they go completely after 1-2 weeks ? So ,  do you say that it might be something else?

if these were due to herpes, they would've healed on their own without any treatment within a week or two. no reason to think that these are due to hsv1.

continue to follow up with your dermatologist as needed for your symptoms.

are you in the US?  I'm guessing not and unfortunately I can't really help you with your blood test you had done.
