2 small bumps

docter, I want to give you a little history before my question(s). I am 24 I have only had 2 sexual partners; my highschool boyfriend, who I lost my virginity to and was with for 6 years, and my current boyfriend, who I've been with for 3 years. I found out that my ex boyfriend cheated on me with at least 5 different girls. So when  I finally did decide to date again we both went and got tested. I was possitive for chlamydia and got it taken care of before we ever had sex. so any ways with that said, I have now found a small cyst( white head, hard, tiny) bump the thin skin of my vagina. it doesnt hurt or get any bigger. it has been there for 3 or 4 days. now I found a slightly red and flesh colored bump on my anus, that is slightly painfull. there is no puss or blood and its not spreading or getting bigger. I have also noticed more vaginal fluid latley and itchyness. I started thinking back and I remember my ex boyfriend having a bump similar on his penius( that was 10 years ago). I also want to add that I get anual pap test and everything has been normal. I also shave down there including my anus. I have looked at pictures of gentital warts and herpies. Neither of these "bumps" look like any of them. I am due for another pap, so I am going tomarrow. I just want to know the probabilities. is there anything else this could be? and if I do have genital warts( it would be from more than 3 years ago) does that mean I have HPV or can I have one and not the other. My dad died from cancer so I am very scared of hpv.

I KNOW HOW U FEEL AND I HATE TO SCARE U BUT IM 21 YEARS OLD AND HAVE HAD 3 STD'S/ MY FIRST ONE WAS CHLAMYDIAY ANDI CAUGHT THAT ONE FROM  MY FIRST BOYFRIEND I WAS WITH FOR 4 1/2 YEARS THEN I CAUGHT IT AGAIN FROM HIM. WE BROKE UP THEN WHEN I WAS AROUND 18 YRS OLD I CAUGHT  HPV AND THAT WAS THE HURTFUL THING OF MY LIFE I FELT NASTY AND LIKE NOBODY WILL WANT ME AND THATS WHAT SCARES ME AND THATS WHY I ACK THE WAY I DO  KNOW ABOUT MY BABYS FATHER BECAUSE WE JUSTGETING BASK TOGETHER AND I THINK A GIRL HE WAS MESSING WTIH GAVE HIM SOMETHING, OVER THE 6 MONTHS WE WANT TO GETHER HE WAS WENT TO GO PEE ON NEWYEARS NIGHT AND SAW SOME BLOOD COME OUT OF HIS PENIUS.EWWWW I KNOW THAT WAS NASTY.
