Here in Japan, we have Japan FDA, what i've read from Japanese internet is that, the window period for HPV is 3weeks to 8months, and 3 months on average, but for people who have normal immune system that one month is sufficient.
If you are a woman, get tested for HPV. If you are a man, you cannot be tested for it and must rely on visible warts to be removed and biopsied. Genital warts can appear 6-9 months post exposure. Oral sex usually (but not always) does not pass the infection else we would be in an epidemic since oral sex is so popular these days. There is no FDA approved oral HPV test in the US. If Japan has one, I'd like to know what it is. Some people get exposed to it and show symptoms (warts) years or decades later. This is the exception but it happens. Some people get relapses years or decades later. No one knows why. 30 days? No idea where that came from. Sorry, but this does not jive with anything I've read online here in the USA.
