Are these HPV warts or something benign like Fordyce spots/sebaceous glands?

I recently noticed these white spots around my anus. I think I saw them a while back before, so obviously some alarm bells went off. Now, I personally think these are just particularly clogged Fordyce spots, so just sebaceous glands that I have everywhere down there since puberty anyways. It looks to me like you can clearly see how its just A LOT of sebum in a pore, but I dont wanna risk infecting anyone in case it is a HPV wart or something like that.

Me having contracted HPV is unlikely, but not impossible (ive never had a dong anywhere near there, but a tongue or two i did on occasion over the years). It doesnt hurt or itch distinctly. I know im not gonna get a diagnose here but since my appointment with a doctor is about a month away , I figured I'd ask for your experience.

Here's a pic of my pucker (NSFW/L obviously) https://i.imgur.com/LGzYCFQ.jpg. Now to me that looks like just a lot of regular, albeit large Fordyce glands (not pretty, I know) and one very large one with some hardened sebum in it. Those larger ones are more distinctly white-ish compared with the surrounding area than they appear on the camera lighting. Correct me if I'm wrong and should keep away my privates from interested parties for the time being.
