penile wart or skin tag?

wife and i have been married for 5 years.  had a growth on my penis 7 yrs. ago.  doctor said it was a skin tag that he removed.  This last year i developed a new one.  have had it for over a year because i thought it was just another skin tag.  my new doctor says it might be a skin tag or it might be a wart.  he wasn't sure.  My wife and i have a new baby.  she's been tested for everything on the planet 2 times since we've been together including HIV.  She's had about 6 pap smears, and she has a clean bill of health.  could this really be a wart?  also what is the likelihood of having anything else like HIV?  after having unprotected sex with my wife probably 2000 times, we have a new healthy baby, she's 100% negative, and i feel great healthwise.  need some feedback please!!!

well i suppose there's not much to worry about other std's since my wife and son are so healthy.  I'm just upset about the penile growth.  Just not sure it it's a wart or not.

If you are concerned, you should get an HIV test, they are very accurate. The appearance of a wart is not a sign of HIV.

It could be a wart, it isn't a really big deal for you either way, although your wife's doctor should be made aware of a possible transmission risk. Genital Warts can occasionally cause problems during pregnancy, but this is extremely uncommon.
