Do i have HPV?

Dear DR.

I had unsafe sex with a young female student, and after that burning senstation started in my penis and testicles (no pain during urining) and got Dark yellow urine color, then pain started in my joints( legs and arms, muscles ) and also sore throat .

Two weeks later, i decided to see a doctor, and they made a urine and penis test for me.   They found two kinds of bacteria in the urine called : Streptococcus Viridans, and Staphylococcus Epidermidis and negative result for Neisseria Gonorrhoeae .

I started taking Nifuratelum 200 mg, and after a week time, this burning senstation was gone - but still sometimes have dark yellow color of urine.   Later on,  there are some new things started to appear such as :  Pain in the upper side of my back near my neck, skin rash, sometimes feel like i have flue that comes and go / also feelings of throwing up and have NO FEVER .

For the sore throat i am taking Amoxicillinum 875 mg / Acidum Clavulanicum 125 mg, and i think iam getting better now. For my muscles and bones, i went to see a specialist, but he couldn't find a problem. It is painful, and it was stronger in my legs in the begining, but now i feel better in the legs and the pain is getting more in the upper side of the body.

Now,  exactly 24 days after the unsafe sex and before i started to take Amoxicillinum , i made a blood test to see if i have HIV or Sephilis, and i got the result two days later NEGATIVE . Also , i made a new penis test for Chlaymydie , and it was Negative as well..But i am too much scared and worried sine i have some symptoms that an HIV patient could have / and since there are some signs didn't have before and appeared later.  Recently, i have seen once in my underwear Red and yellow color ( maybe it was a discharge from the penis), but never saw it again.

Therefore :  What that could be ?  OR  Is it possible that these infections caused by Streptococcus Viridans OR Staphylococcus Epidermidis ?  Do you suggest any medicines or extra medical checks ?

-  Is it possible that i have any STD's?
- Is it possible to have HIV symptoms and get negative test result 24 days after the unsafe text ?
- Do you recommend me to take another HIV test later?

I have asked the girl whom i had the unsafe sex with, to make an HIV and STDs test as well.  I think this would be the best thing,  But if she is also negative,  then is THERE A CHANCE THAT  i  STILL  BE  INFECTED WITH HIV/AIDS  OR  ANY  STDs ?

I also need to mention that: i am NOT an Active sexually person , and married as well. The only unsafe sex i had before was 5 years ago, and i was tested negative of HIV after that.  I have decided to stop sex with my wife at the moment (even with condom) just till things get more clear. I definitely don't want to transfer to her anything.

As Kdaily stated earlier, this isn't the HIV forum.

There is plenty of information on the HIV forums about testing, the window period, and chance of infection from a single encounter. I suggest looking through those threads and posting a question there if you still have questions.

Asking the doctor or nurse that performed the test is another good alternative.

Hello .. If i was tested negative by ELISA HIV 24 days after the unsafe sex,  what is the chance that i am infected?   Woludn't it test Reactive if there is a problem ?

Sorry, NO.... I miss read that if she had Negative testing and it was past the Window period then you don't have a risk... but you would need to 100% sure that she got tested therefore asking to see her results.

Hi. Are you trying to say, that even if both negative, both still can get Std or hiv ? Thanks.

If you had unprotected penetration then you are at risk for all stds and that includes HIV. you need to ensure conclusive testing, see the link above.

hello, thanks for the reply .. The most important thing for now , is that if the girl i had the unsafe sex with comes also negative ( NO STDS, NO HIV).  Do you still think i am in a risk of having HIV?

This is the HPV forum not HIV... but I see that you have posted in both HIV and STD forum.

Nothing is going to change here you have been given correct info from both Vance in the STD forum and Teak in th eHIV forum....

You have put yourself at risk by having an unprotected encounter and you do need further tested for conclusive results, please continue to work with your doctor to try and figure this out.
