About a week ago I noticed a small bump, about the size of a large hair follicle, on the underside of my penis. I could tell it was not a hair follicle, as I have recently had two warts removed that looked very similar. I decided to try apple cider vinegar since to try and figure our whether or not it was a wart. (i.e. put it on there and see if it turns white/swells/etc). So I did that, and it turned white and swelled up. So i decided to keep applying the ACV over night for the next couple of nights. It went just as planned at first, everything turned brownish black and started to die and scab. And then at some point I think the scab came off. I stopped applying the ACV and started using neosporin trying to heal the wounded skin. But now there is just a flat, white, rough patch where the wart used to be, except it is much larger than the wart was. Could the treatment have made the wart larger? Or is this just a reaction to the chemical burn? I applied ACV again last night, expecting it turn turn brown by this morning if it was "warty" tissue, but it is still the same exact color and texture as it was last night. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, particularly from those who have tried this treatment.
And I know that "genital warts are a medical condition that should only be treated by a medical professional, so I should see a doctor." I'm looking for some real world, first hand advice here. Thanks in advance.
