Boost your immunity than worrying HPV

Make the following foods as part of your weekly menu alternating and taking all little little to boost your immunity to fight HPV and get rid of of keep it controlled by your immune system....manage stress and keep mind up..and also concentrate on eating the following heathy medicinal foods along with any supplements if prescribed by your doctors....Am just sharing my ideas and am also trying to manage my stress.. walk for 30 mins a day to make you sleep properly at night...

Vegetables:
Carrots
yellow pumpkin
Cauli flower
Cabbage
Braccoli
Mango
Cucumber
Dark Green leaves
Spinach
Sweet potoes

Badam

Black grapes

Do walking for 30 mins a day either morning or evening and have half an hour prayer or meditation to control your anxious and gain confidence....fear kills...so fear or stress not....Believe in God...Lot of unanswered are answered by God..thats what I believe..
