A small bump between my meatus and my frenulum

Thank you everyone for taking time into seeing my problem as I am getting very nervous about my condition.
I noticed a small bump  between my meatus and my frenulum, along with very tiny bumps located seperatly on the glans, and I am wondering if it is a PPP or a genital wart:

Thank you all for you professional advice

Go see a dermatologist for a medical diagnosis. Pics are misleading. If the doctor freezes it off, ask for a biopsy so you know for sure.
