Coccobacillary infection

Last year i have a case which ghorrhea, they give me a injection, infact i have 4 injection of antibiotics i forgot whats the name but it doesn't help. They give me different types of antibiotics but still, my discharge is still there. And my doctor decided to cultured me and the result is heavy growth of staphylococcus aurenus, and i am resistant in 9 kind of antibiotic and my doctor give me the rifampicin which is i am not resistant and i get better on that kind of tablet and after a month i have intercourse with my boyfriend and I bleed during sex so my doctor suggest that i will have chryo theraphy, i though my problem is over after that chryo theraphy but after a month i have sex again and I bleed and my tummy is start aching and the result of my papsmear is i have coccobacillary infection. I'm so down now of what to do should i trust my doctor or find another doctor..thanks i hope to find an answer of my illness

It sounds like pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) The Rifampicin wouldn't work on a gram negative cocco bacilli it works on Staph and TB like organisms. You need to revisit your doctor and see if they will test you for PID. You may need a uterine ultrasound or other test to check the fallopian tubes, ovaries and for fibroids just in case.

Diplococci (intracellular and extracellular) is GC. The WBC count is positive because of the infection. Where did the doctor say you had gram negative coccobacilli? Or did the doctor say you had gram negative cocobacilli or just the diplococci? If it is only diplococci then you may just have a resistant strain of Gonorrhoeae (GC). That can also progress and give you PID.  The doctor should really try to get a culture with antibiotic sensitivity test (though this is not done very often). They are starting to bring back the culture and sensitivity (shows which antibiotics the bacteria are sensitive to) because GC is getting so resistant. You Bf needs to be treated with the drug that works as he may have passed it back to you. Is he clear of the GC? The masterbation has nothing to do with it. You won't pass on GC that way. In any case you probably do have either gonorrhoaea  (gram negative dipplococci) or gram negative coccobacilli or both and it probably has given you PID or some problem such as that.

The cryotheraphy is said  to kill my abnormal tissue as i bleed last April everytime me and my bf intercourse, and my last gram stain was last April too and the result was absent of gram negative intracellular and extracelluar dipplocci epithetial cell=++, pus cells=+, and i never have sex during a month and that time i often mastusbate and then i went to the doctor for papsmear and after papsmear i had sex once and then I drink beer and hard stuff even i dont have food in my stomach and masturbate so often, and after that there is a yellow discharge in my vigina and i have fever too and i start having abdominal pain and in 3days there is brown bleeding its a lot, in the following day i have clear dark red bleeding and i still have the bleeding now even i drink the antibiotic that doctor gave me. Yes i often have papsmear and there is no problem just my last papsmear now it says on the remark cocobacillary infection. My doctor didn't mention that i have white cells in my papsmear

Hi I wonder if your bleeding is really a brown discharge? Although you can bleed with PID. Also, GC can cause PID and GC is becoming very very resistant. It isn't a gram negative cocco bacilli (it is a diplococci) so I wonder if you either still have the GC or got it back from your boyfriend? Is he being treated too? If not you will just keep getting it. You may also have PID caused by a gram negative coccobacillin too or just that. Do you or did you have a fever? Did the doctor mention if you had any white blood cells on the smear they took or did they do any other lab tests like sed rate, CRP, If these are high it is a sign (along with the other symptoms of PID). Do you have pelvic pain? They can do the uterine ultrasound it will look for  fluid or problems with the fallopian tubes, can see if there are tumors or cysts. You are too young to have fibroids but they can bleed too and cause pelvic pain. The Levofloxacin should help. A lot of times doctors don't do these tests and just throw a bunch of antibiotics at you to see if it will work. They can also do a laparoscopy. Have you had a recent PAP smear? Was it normal? What was the cryotherapy for?
