Condyloma acuminata on tongue?

Hello. About 2 years ago i gave a oral sex for my women. After 5 month i noticed "something" on my tongue. My docs (throat specialist, dermatologist) don't know what it can be. They give me Chlorheksidine, nystatin but this don't work. What this could be? I'm scared about condyloma acuminata.  Can you help me? My doctors not offered me biopsy of thich changes on my tongue. Sorry for my english.

your english is fine :)

I'd go for a 2nd opinion elsewhere if you aren't satisfied with the diagnosis you've been given.
