Worried about HPV

I had sex with my girlfriend for the first time 1 month ago.  She found out that she has moderate cervical dysplasia, which i think is HPV.  Correct me if im wrong in assuming this.  Anyways, since we had sex, i have had a constant itching feeling on the underside of my testicular sack and have broken out with some red spots on my inner legs, which have since gone away.  I also have very very tiny white dotes on my penis shaft (only like 2 or three, really small dots) and also found a pimple (that i popped in my lower groin area, in my pubic hair.  Are these potential signs of HPV or the start of genital warts?  Or could this just be some fungal rash?  And i have also had some pretty bad groin pain for a while now and occasionaly get very sharp pain in my testicles, and for about a week had an electric type pain shooting through my penis.  I got an STD test and all was negative.

Thanks

If you know how a infection works ( ie, a common cold). It is really the same thing. It can be cured by your own body sooner or later. Its like if you had a cold last year, you would feel better if you took a cold medicine (to levitate the symptoms) but your cold clears up on its own. However, that virus of cold ( and every other cold you have had in yoru life) stays in your body, but doesn't do anything. That is why, many sites or people may tell you you have HPV for life. But, does anyone tell you that cold you had three years ago is still here. Who says" Oh i have had a cold for three years" , it is the same thing as saying " I have had hpv for three years". If you no longer have warts, if your cells are back to normal and when you test negative for HPV ( which 90+ percent of the people will be within two years post infection/symptom), then you are FINE.

in girls it does cause discomfort not really sure bout guys. but if not then u prob. just have like a yeast infection. but yea bobby is right keep up your immune system cuz thats the key and if they said u dont have hpv yet u will if u keep having unprotected sex w/ her cuz it is contagious (sexually that is) and im female and have it for bout 3 yrs. now and trust its not fun and i would tell u girlfriend if she hasnt yet to get vaccianated for all the other types of hpv there is so that way she wont get the other types but they cant cure the one she already has(i think theres like 6 all together but there also 250 bucks each but if it beats getin cervical cancer and she can afford it why not and im sure she knows but she has to have biopsy done like every six months that is if theres lesions on her cervix real bad) cuz there aint a cure for hpv once u have it

HPV does not cause any discomfort. You seem concerned therefore you should definitely get it check it out by a doctor. With that being said, even if you do have GW, there are absolutely harmless and can be treated and can be cured ( as in your own immune system clearing it).

MASS MASS majority of the people with HPV clears it within 2 years (90+%). But I believe the strain that cause GW clears faster, something like 6 months to a year. Either way, its no big deal and even if you have it, get it treated it, eat well and they will be gone soon.
