Could there red spots be genital warts.

Hi, three days ago I had pretected sex with the girl im currently seeing but she proformed unprotected oral sex on me. Yesterday i notised a group of red dots underneith my pubic hair above the base of my penis. Only one is slightly raised like a pimple but only the tiniest bit. The dots are not raised or anything and look like a rash more than pimples. I also found a single white bump on the shaft of my penis which i now think looks like a wart which i remember noticing before and not thinking anything of it. I dont know how long ago I noticed it and am now worrying i actually have genital warts and could have passed it on to my partner during oral. I tried applying viniger to the red spots as a test today and they did not turn white. Im just worried cause these dots kinda just happened out of the blue and I am generouly really healthy. What do you think it could be. I am going to see a doctor next week because it was the first free appointment.

Hey i had a closer look and I found a white bump on the shaft of my penis which i now think looks like a wart which i remember noticing before and not thinking anything of it. Thank you for your quick response. Ill try not to stress about it until i get it checked out. On the bright side the red dots are allready starting to clear a little after applying  the vinager.

HPV transmission through oral sex is very rare and low risk. Shouldn't worry about it. You should get your own stuff checked before you start to worry about other people. Also, 80 percent of the population have, has, or will have HPV at some point in their life. So the girl who gave you oral may already had it, so in that case, she is immune to it. Try not to stress and get yourself checked. Good luck.
