Cyst in mouth

I have had a small, painless Cyst on the inside of my mouth for the better part of two full months.  It is soft, skin colored, and about this size of a pencil eraser.  Is there a chance of this being HPV or another STD?  Thank you for your answers in advance.  Cheers!

Warts in the mouth are rare, but you should have it checked by a doctor or dentist to be sure.

I should add that it is on the inside of my cheek back near where my molars are located.  Thank you!
