HPV transfer during ultrasound scan

a few days ago i was diagnosed with an ultrasound device in a private labratory to
check the flood flow to my penis. the device has some kind of plastic that
was attached to my penis in different locations and using a special GEL .
(then you can hear sound and see if there is blood flow).

Im not sure how clean was device, the operator did not clean it - for sure.
the last guy that was checked with the device did it about 1.5h before me.

What are the odds to get infected with HPV with that procedure ?

Zero. The odds are zero. There are too many what ifs that would need to perfectly align for this to occur that the chances are so close to zero its zero. No worries!

i know that you can get it from shared objects sex toys.
why is my case different?

I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS CLINIC DOES THIS PRECEDURE WITH MEN ALL THE TIME

MODE OF TRANSMISSION: Infectious cells can be transmitted through direct virus- cell contact, such as skin-skin contact, sexual activity, and prolonged exposure to contaminated clothing as the virus may be carried on fomites(1). Transmission can also occur from mother-to-newborn through vertical transmission, albeit rarely(11).

Unless you have direct knowledge that there is no cleaning or disinfecting of the device between uses, then it's extremely highly likely that your anxiety is filling in that knowledge gap with catostrophic thinking. It's classic behavior that I'm guilty of greatly.

Shared sex toys are shared while medical devices are cleaned and disinfected or a brand new head is used each time. That's the difference. If text assured that you're fine and you just got worried is all.
