Does this sound like Genital Warts? Or am I just paranoid?

Hello there,  I am a 20 yr old male and I have a question pretaining to STDs, most likely either Genital Warts or Herpes.  I recently discovered that I have seven tiny white/light colored bumps on my penis.  These bumps are about the size of a pencil point(a mm maybe), slightly raised, and are scattered about the head of my penis.  To be honest, I am not sure if they are new or if I have had them all my life.  I only noticed them recently, because I was giving my penis a very thorough look over after feeling guilty about receiving oral sex from a female of questionable character.  The oral sex I recieved was unprotected and last about 20 minutes.  In my whole life I have never had unprotected vaginal sex, only unprotected oral sex.  I did research on my own and the bumps on my penis didn't look like any pictures I saw of herpes or genital warts.  But I know those pictures are often worst case scenarios.  But keep in mind, what I have doesn't look like a sore or califlower/ clump of bumps.  I have no other symptoms that I can think of.  I was wondering if this sounds like an STD or just a fibrous/cystic penial problem? Thank you for your input.

Don't penile pearl bumps just go around the outside of the head of the penis?  Mine are actually on the head.  Not just making a ring around the edge of it.

Mine are actuall inside of the outer circle that most penile pearl bumps seem to be within.  Is that possible?

I know most people don't like this advice, but a diagnosis has to come from a doctor. That said, most bumps are completely normal. An example of normal bumps on the head of the penis is pearly penile papules.

If you are concerned though, please see and expert.
