Gardisil Shot at 28

Hello everyone!

My name is Zach and I am 25.
I was unfortunately exposed to HPV and developed warts.

I am currently seeing a girl who is 28 and she has never received any of the shots for HPV.
She said she is willing to cross the bridge with me regarding the warts, however a condom is not 100% in prevention.

The last thing I ever want to do is put her at risk of developing anything.
The silver lining to my understanding withy strain of HPV is that there is little to no risk at developing cancer.

Chances are she has already been exposed to HPV since she has been sexual active prior.

We want to have a sexual relationship and the only sure fire way to make sure she is healthy is if she gets the gardisil Shot.

She is 28 so she is past the "recommended age".
To my understanding you can get still get the shot past 26 but insurance won't cover it, therefore it will be expensive.

Do you think the best option would be for her to get the shots? She said she wants to get them not just because of me but because she wants to be covered.

If you read this link, its age 45 in Australia. There isn't any harm to getting it but the protection is not as great as when very young.
