Genital Burning and redness

Hello doctor, after about 2 hours of readying almost every post in this area I am still a bit worries. I work at a bar and our air conditioner has been malfunctioning along with not having ac in my car and it being a constant 95 degrees with a 40% humidity index in bright sunny florida. As of 5 hours ago a burning sensation has started to take over primarily the sides of my scrotum and parts of my penis. I am just now attempting to lull it with jock itch cures. My only concern is that my girlfriend of 4 years is HPV positive. We have intercouse safely amost all of the time but sometimes we do not. I guess my questions are, could this be hpv in men ( i have tried researching hpv in men and have come up with almost nothing but genital warts) or jock itch. I have bad dandruff and use heads and shoulders on my hair daily and yesterday got some on my genitals, not sure if that would have anything to do with it but im just covering all bases. Thank you

The burning has no link to HPV, it is probably something quite normal so you've nothing to worry about.
