Genital warts passed on when changing a nappy?

I have had genital warts in the past and had them treated. i recently had what i thought was a wart on shaft but it has since gone so unsure if it was one but i have had re-occuring warts before.

I am absolutely petrified i could pass on warts/hpv virus when changing my daughters nappy, is this possible?
i obviously wash my hands after going to the toilet etc but i am so scared that the virus could be passed on to her as i apply cream to prevent nappy rash and have been checkkng myself for more warts as ive also been worried about that too.

i havent instantly changed a nappy after touching my genitals but i am losing sleep over this please help!
