Glans keritinization or warts?

I've gotten tested 3 times in the past 4 months. For everything, including for herpes and everything came back negative. I've had 4 different doctors look at my penis and they all say it looks normal and suggested I had a mild yeast infection on the glans of my penis due to the cracking and some patches that appeared. I was prescribed Diflucan (fluconazole) and also applied anti fungal cream for a week. After a week, it didn't really do much.

I feel as if the brown color of my penis makes it easy for dermotologists and the doctors to overlook what i KNOW i see. I've gotten several panic attacks and my anxiety has been out of control. My penis was never this cracked and i know i didn't have these flat bumps on the glans. I don't feel any discomfort whats or ever, however prior to taking the fluconazole i felt the skin was extra dry, it would randomly crack in different parts of the glans, and the panic would begin as i tried to go through my day. I took pictures just now but can't figure out how to post them. Any advice or tips would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi what your describing is not an std symptom but more fungal related. Std symptoms are a white puss penis discharge, burning while urinating or genital blisters or sores. People can get HPV warts from sexual contact but they are wart looking not flat.
If your having anxiety to find out what your seeing on your penis then you can have a biopsey.
