HPV Outbreak Help!

About a month ago I noticed warts inside my labia and on the edge of where my thigh and vaginal area is.  It turned out I also had a vaginal infection, which was probably the inital cause of the outbreak.  I started taking antibiotics and the genital warts cleared up.  A couple of weeks later, I also started taking Yaz.  About a month later (now) I noticed a strong outbreak of warts around my rectum?  I used aldara and had stopped taking it when my warts cleared up the first time on there own.  What could be the inital problem of this outbreak?  Also, my pap smear came up normal, do I have the high risk hpv?

I'm not sure what kind of strain you have but your IMMUNE system is key in all of this. You need to strengthen your immune system. My understanding is that when your immune system is low you are more at risk for breakouts! I'm currently finishing my last semester of college and have been stressed to the max and of course I've had a break out now. So its all key to Immune and stress I believe plus things I have also read. I know its hard to keep a cool head about it all trust me I know but try your hardest to not let it consume you. And that's definitely easier said than done! Good luck!
