Can that be HPV? *pic*

It started small about 4 weeks ago than it started to grow, then it went to another place and now it's going up. It itches (not a lot, only a couple of times) and sometimes it hurts. I'm going to see a doctor but before that I just wanted a heads up. It's been 2 to 3 years that I have done anal sex with penetration. Can HPV take that long to show up?

Not usually that long, no.  But it doesn't mean that it cannot take that long, Pictures do not reveal enough but they look to me like skin tags.
